Halloween

Having Fun

Gig'em Aggies! Here are the kids dressed up for game day! The kids are doing great! Brianna is loving her preschool class, she loves going to her ballet class, she also started awanas and choir at our new church. She loves going places and staying busy. At home she does a good job waiting till the clock turns 7:00am before she gets up, she still does rest time but never sleeps anymore, sleeps great at night, her favorite thing to do is play with her brother or artwork. Brady loves his preschool class, awanas and choir too. He also loves to go places and is not sad to be dropped off at church. At home he wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30, he sleeps sometimes at rest time, and sleeps great at night, his favorite thing to do is play hot wheel cars or sports outside, he also loves to play with his sister. Some of their favorite shows are Curious George, Caillou, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, Little Einsteins.
Jeremy is busy at work back at Moutainview Elementary as the Asst. Principal. We have started going to Sunday school, Bible study, and homegroup at our new church First Baptist Woodway which has been a blessing. I am also keeping busy still doing some childcare two days a week and teaching MDO one day a week at church. I am also a discussion leader at MOPS this year! But most of all I am enjoying still being a stay at home mom and that the kids haven't started school yet! (one more year before Brianna starts - oh no!)

First Day of Preschool

First day of preschool was today! Brianna and Brady were so excited! They are going to First Woodway Christian School. Brianna is in the 4 yr old TWF class with Mrs. Pendleton and Brady is in the 3 yr old WF class with Mrs. Phillips and Mrs. Conner 

 Brianna was excited about working on her first homework project! And they both loved getting new backpacks- Cinderella and Batman!

 Brady and his new teacher! He was a little nervous but had a great day! He couldn't stop talking about it on the way home.

Visiting Grandparents

We went down to Katy in August to spend a few days with Grandpa Jim & Momo and then a few days with Gigi & Grandpa. The kids had a great time with everyone! We also got to say goodbye to Bill & Jean who are moving to Colorado. Bill was our youth pastor and he married us, they will be greatly missed!

 We took the kids fishing at a small pond by Grandpa Jim's house.

And then we went to Mary Jo Peckham park for more fishing. Brianna tired of the fishing early so she wanted to go home with Momo and Grandpa Jim. She loved sitting in Grandpa Jim's lap watching a movie! And she loved playing with their cat Amos.

 But Brady was very serious about fishing and he caught a few!

 Uncle Caleb came out to fish with us too!

 We went to the Houston Science Museum with Gigi and Grandpa and saw the new dinosaur exhibit!

 We also went to a jumping place called Monkey Joes! The kids loved it!

The kids also loved playing with all the toys at Gigi's house. And while I was there I helped pack. My parents got a house in Waco recently and they are starting to move up here!

Family Beach Vacation

This year for our family beach vacation we went to Port Aransas! The beach sand was beautiful and the water was clear! The first year we did this I was pregnant with Brianna, so we have been doing it for awhile now! :)

The drive was 6 hours! The kids slept some of the way. :)

Summer update

This has been a wonderful summer! Because last summer Jeremy was looking for a job and the summer before we were moving, we have really enjoyed this summer of fun, relaxing, quality family time together! We have been going to the YMCA pool a lot, going to the museum, going to VBS, some birthday parties, having fun with our cousins and friends, and going on vacation! Brianna took swim lessons and did a great job and loved it! We have an ice cream truck going through our neighborhood this year, the kids think that is so fun! We celebrated our 12th anniversary with a date night to the outdoor Brazos Nights concert and the kids had a sleepover at Uncle Chris and Aunt Sharon's! Also I have been teaching Mother's Day Out two days a week at First Woodway Baptist Church in the two year old class this summer and my kids have enjoyed going too, they love playing with their friends, we call it summer school. :) We love having Daddy home and lots of Daddy time this summer!

 Here is Brady and Brianna at a spash park, they both love those this year! They both love being in water this summer. Also they are the same size, both wear a 4T, it's so cute!

We are enjoying ourselves and are not ready for summer to end! Daddy goes back to work in August and Brianna and Brady start Preschool at First Woodway after that!
