Yes we are moving to Waco! When we found out about NASA layoffs due to the shuttle retirement we decided that it would be a good time for us to go. We had been thinking about moving to Waco for awhile because my brother+family live there and we always liked the idea of the cousins growing up together, we like the area- the west side is beautiful Texas hill country, we want to raise our kids in a small town or country environment, and lower cost of living. So we decided to put our Pearland house up for sale and Jeremy started to look for a Waco job. God has provided so many things for our move! Most importantly Jeremy got an assistant principal job in Waco ISD! And I was able to get the self-nomination for my job layoff! I plan to stay home with the kids in Waco! We found a beautiful rent house on an acre for the price of a duplex (friend of my brothers)! And we found a realtor in Waco who is a brother of our good friend here! So many blessings.
So Jeremy starts his new job on Monday, I stay here with the kids for 6 weeks till my job layoff, and please pray for our house to sell. Here's the link. We have an open house on Sunday!
